Webelos are boys in the 4th or 5th grade and are not yet 12 years old. There are lots of activities to prepare them for Boy Scouts. Once a boy earns his Webelos Badge he begins to work toward his Arrow of Light. This is the highest honor a Cub Scout can achieve.
